You must be at least 16 years old to use Xemxi. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, please do not use Xemxi or provide any personal information.
Xemxi is an AI-powered travel planning tool for Malta. It generates personalised itineraries based on the preferences you provide. Itineraries are suggestions only, they are not guaranteed to be accurate, available, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for verifying opening hours, prices, and conditions before visiting any location.
We use AI (Anthropic's Claude) to produce plan descriptions. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. Always cross-check travel information from official or local sources before travelling.

Xemxi is currently free to use. We do not take payments or offer any paid features at this time.
We plan to introduce a paid Premium tier. When it launches, the applicable payment, refund, and consumer-withdrawal terms will be published here and shown to you before you are asked to pay. Until then, no purchase, subscription, refund, or credit terms apply.
The Xemxi platform, branding, and underlying code are our intellectual property. The itinerary content generated for you is yours to use for personal travel planning. You may not commercially republish or sell generated itineraries without written permission.
Xemxi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific itinerary will meet your requirements. Travel conditions, venue availability, and pricing change, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Xemxi is currently provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of Xemxi, nor for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Xemxi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
